MODEL PROCESSING PLANT

Since its construction, the processing plant was designed in order to meet the highest standards of quality. With an area of 1500 m2, you have the necessary structure to process more than 40tns a day of whole rounded fish and 10 tns of fish fillets.
Built with the goal of exceeding the requirements established by SENASA, working under continuous and complete HACCP food regulations of the European Economic Community, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration and the rules established by the Mercosur, Pesca Argentina works as hard and continuously to have a model processing plant from the port of Mar del Plata to the world.
                        
FROZEN AND STORAGE

One of our fundamental premises to obtain the highest quality, is the attentive care in maintaining the cold chain at all stages of production, so Pesca Argentina has conditioned art equipment for this purpose. From the ice-maker machine with a production capacity of 10 tns a day for the maintenance of fresh fish at all stages of processing, the tunnels and frozen plates, which run through freezing MYCOM team, a team of art fully automated to ensure the fastest on the market for the freezing process.

The maintenance of frozen chamber has been built to store large volumes of merchandise, designed to be accessible and fast during the logistic process. Their capacity of 850 tns and freon cooling system that maintains an average temperature of 25 ° below zero, ensure product quality during its entire stay in it.
